WHAT IS GapCash?
GapCash is a program for customers to get more savings at Gap and Gap Factory. The coupons can be earned and redeemed during specific 'GapCash' periods throughout the year.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY GapCash?
There are five GapCash denominations, $25, $50, $75, $100 and $125. You will only receive one coupon per transaction while supplies last. For customers shopping in our retail stores, the cashier will hand you the appropriate coupon based on your earn purchase total. For online customers, you will receive your GapCash coupon via email within approximately 24 hours of completing your qualifying purchase.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY GapCash?
Regardless of whether you earned GapCash in-stores or online, you can redeem it in either place. You can redeem $25 in GapCash for every $50 you spend at Gap and Gap Factory during the specified redemption period. Maximum redeem per transaction is $125 in GapCash. If you earned $50 in GapCash for example, you do not have to spend $100 to redeem. You have the flexibility to spend as little as $50 and still save $25 off your purchase. However, you will forfeit the remaining $25 of potential GapCash value. You can use one GapCash coupon with a single transaction, but there is no limit to how many GapCash coupons you can redeem overall. GapCash is not valid at other Gap Inc. brands, or at our clearance centers.
CAN I COMBINE MY GapCash WITH OTHER COUPONS?
GapCash is not combinable with select offers, promotional codes, or coupons. The following Gap Cardmember offers are combinable with GapCash on purchases made in retail stores only: Reward Cards, first purchase discount, 10% Tuesday, or 10% Welcome Savings Pass.

EARN GAPCASH
- Qualifying merchandise purchases at participating Gap, GapBody, GapKids, babyGap, and Gap Factory/Outlet stores, and online at www.gap.com and www.GapFactory.com in the United States & Puerto Rico, and www.gapcanada.ca in Canada, during eligible time periods will earn GapCash coupons which can be redeemed for a discount on a future purchase during a subsequent eligible time period. GapCash cannot be earned at other Gap Inc. brand stores or websites, or in our Hebron clearance center.

GapCash is earned on the resulting cost of merchandise after all applicable discounts are first applied to the purchase price.
- Limit one GapCash coupon earned up to a maximum of $125 per transaction within the eligible earn time period.
- Store purchasers will receive a GapCash coupon from an associate while supplies last based on the qualifying transaction total. Online purchasers will receive a GapCash coupon via email based on the qualifying transaction total.

Minimum purchase thresholds to redeem GapCash are calculated on the resulting cost of merchandise after all applicable discounts are first applied to the purchase price.
- Limit one GapCash coupon redeemed up to a maximum of $125 per transaction within the eligible redeem time period.
- If the amount of a purchase is less than the threshold to use the full value of a coupon, any unused balance of the GapCash coupon will be forfeited.
- GapCash coupons are valid for one time use only, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers/discounts or employee discount (except Gap Inc. credit card holders can redeem up to 3 reward certificates in addition to GapCash in a single transaction).
- GapCash coupons must be presented at time of purchase in store, or code entered at online checkout.
- The amount of discount to the purchase price resulting from the application of a GapCash coupon will be allocated equally across all items purchased in the transaction.
- If you return some or all of the merchandise purchased with a GapCash coupon, the dollar value discount of the GapCash coupon will not be refunded or credited back.
- Gap is not responsible for lost or stolen GapCash coupons.
- GapCash coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases.
- GapCash coupons cannot be used toward payment on a Gap Inc. credit card account.
- GapCash coupons are non-transferrable and not for resale.
- Any unused GapCash coupons remaining after the valid redemption period are forfeited.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating in the GapCash Program (“Program”), customer agrees to release and hold harmless Gap, and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, which may occur in connection with the Program, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of GapCash. Gap reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Program should cheating, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Program.
