I have purchased similar items before. This skirt is a cute color but the ones released and sold last year had a layered design skirt and a better elastic waistband. This waistband is not as stretchy therefore not as comfortable. I do love the color and the size is accurate. Just seems slightly lesser quality than the ones from last year.
