6/19/26 visited your store around 5:30pm We went to check out, cashier was nice then another cashier ( likely a manager ) came over and tried to get me to use my credit card for the amount due which was just over $8.00, so I could get points I politely declined but she kept pushing. I finally agreed and then the entire purchased had to be re rung. Then it still didn't work so I asked to just proceed with my debt card. Transaction was completely and we were on our way. My son went to wear the sweat pants the next day and the security sensor was still in the pants. And no the sensor did not trigger the alarm as we walked out. So on our way back home to Spokane from Seattle we had to stop at the factory store again and get the sensor removed. The same cashier/manager was there. She said oh you are back, my son said no we had to come back because the security sensor is still on there. She then laughed and tried to make a joke of it. Did not apologize, was laughing and joking. She was very unprofessional. We live in Spokane and often stop At the NorthBend outlets. I will likely not stop at the Gap store again after this experience.

Although these joggers are technically for men, I bought them for myself. I was drawn to the color & the fit is perfect! The joggers are soft, comfy & GAP had a variety of tops to match them.
