Runs way too large

I have been buying undershirts of size Medium from all brands. I saw a good eal on Gap Factory so chose to buy it form here this time. The size is way too large for a Medium. Hangs way too lose on my frame. Other than that the fabric is soft and looks well made.

After trying tank top t-shirts from several brands, I have settled on the Gap brand of tank top. Very nice material and they are longer so they don't pull out once tucked in. They don't seem to shrink much. The fit is good. I will probably be buying more.

I was looking for a smooth, non-ribbed tank and the photos made it appear that these were smooth material however when they arrived, this was not the case. The material also appeared faded. These just weren't what was looking for or expecting.
