These Gap camisoles are the best! I've gone through several different brands of this same style camisole and I can confidently say that Gap's version is one of the best. The cotton/elastane blend is perfect. There's the right amount of stretch. I especially love the black and navy options. I wish th...ere was a darker gray color available. The light gray is fine but a tad darker would be even better! Or both! The fit is pretty much true to size, meaning order in the same size as one of your favorite fitting tanks or camis. The adjustable straps are very easy to adjust so your fit is perfect. I just ordered five (5) basic BLACK camis in a L (large). I love when they're brand new; the color is so dark and crisp. And, btw, these camisoles tend to hold on to their color much longer than most IF you wash ONLY in COLD water and use a delicate detergent. You can confidently MACHINE DRY on low and remove promptly. No ironing necessary. Order a few right now. You won't regret your purchase!
The material thickness is what I expected, I like thinner camis when layer under other tees. The issue is that the top of the cami is cut very oddly. I have a large bust and have been wearing camis from all of the Gap brands for years, so I know how these usually fit. This cami has fabric that stick...s out horizontally in the armpit area, like there is too much fabric. It's not low-cut arm pits that show off my bra, it's just oddly loose and gaping outwards. Then the front of the cami is cut too low. I wear camis to layer under button-downs and v-neck tees. Being busty, I have a lot of cleavage to cover. So a cami that is so low cut and shows off my cleavage anyway does absolutely nothing for me, and this is with the straps shortened as far as they will go. I have to keep pulling the cami up to cover my chest constantly. Not ideal.

Fits true to size without being too snug. The camisole is loose enough that I can comfortably wear it alone yet fits nicely under a shirt. Good length, not too long and not cropped. I purchased two types of camisoles, this one and the one with shelf bra. This one fits better on me as I am very small chested. The other has much more chest room, so if you happen to need more chest space the shelf bra cami might be a better fit but this shirt works well for smaller chested women. #sweepstakes
