I went on a trip to Italy right after this sweater was delivered. Of course, I was looking forward to wearing it. However, as soon as I arrived in Italy, I realized that the security tag had been left attached to the sweater. So I couldn't wear it, and even after returning home, I had to go out of my way to visit the store to have the security tag removed, which I found very inconvenient. I liked the sweater itself, but I was truly disappointed that it had been shipped with the security tag still attached.

So soft!
This shirt came with the security tag on. I have emailed them several times to learn how I can remove it, but they have not responded at all. I ordered it online so I wouldn't have to go into the store (for various reasons). Just waiting .... can't wear it ... waste of money ... waste of time. Very annoying, and bad customer service.
