I am 5'8", 130 lbs, slim build on top & normally a standard size MED. Perfect top to wear with shorts or jeans in the summer. Nice weight knit; stretchy but holds neckline shape. Armhole was well cut size wise, length for my body frame fits nicely & stayed tucked in. I tried the MED size first, but ...it was snug across my chest with a bra on. I wanted something with some room to breathe, so reordered in a LARGE which was right for the look & feel I wanted. In the end I ordered three different colors. They will also be a nice undershirt for sweaters this Fall.
After seeing and trying on this boatneck tank in store in colors other than what I was looking for, I ordered it from the website in the Tuscan Red, excited to find a formal-looking top for hot summer days. To my surprise, the Tuscan Red that arrived was woven of a considerably thicker, less breatha...ble cotton than the ones I had tried in store. I already knew to size up to an M from my normal S for a close but comfortable fit; however, the one that came was much too tight across the chest and stomach, while simultaneously sagging in an unflattering and unkempt way in the center of the neckline. The lengths of these tanks also seem to vary considerably depending on which color you buy (and, presumably, which supplier made them). Sadly, I had to return.

I love the fabric, fit and feel of the shirt, I just wish it was a little longer on me. I'm 5'2" and it sits right at my waist, which is a little cropped for a 50+ woman. I am keeping it but hoping it doesn't shrink in the wash.
