Colour not as pictured

The colour of the shirt in the photo is like a pastel yellow. It is labeled as "off white". But what I received is bright white. Doesn't look as cute as in the picture.

The bottom hem on the shirt flips up at the seam and won't stay down once washed. I tried ironing it (which shouldn't be necessary for a cotton kids tee) and it still wouldn't stay down. It's a cute shirt but definitely low quality.
