"Light tint", with the 2 buttons, has a higher rise. "Light tint", and, the actual medium "medium wash" fit smaller, I sized up. Both of the 2 different "light wash"es, and, the light "medium wash" (with the unfinished hem) fit as expected (so, my regular size, a size smaller than the other two washes). As from the above I kept 3 pairs, they are stretchy, I have to wash them more frequently because of this, but they are comfortable and look nice.

The fit is good, I'm tall (5'9") and slim (135 pounds) but fairly straight from hips to waist. The length was good too, the L hit the top of my foot where a baby boot should. The fabric, however, is too stretchy and " snap back" for my taste. I'm 55 years old and my butt doesn't prefer the flattening effect of the stretchy denim. Higher cotton content is more flattering on me.

I ordered my normal size (35). I do carry more of my weight in my hips/thighs/butt - so these are a little tight (the fit did disclose that). But they are real cute and I'm going to keep them. Love the baby boot - other boot cuts seem to be too much of a flare to be the flattering silhouette that I'm after. #sweepstakes
