Hard to write a review for an item I did not receive. Ordered 17 items, was charged for 17 items and only 3 items were shipped. Filed a claim and it was instantly denied. Tried contacting customer service and the claim company both were of no help. I took pictures of the package and what was received. No resolution. Lost $298 on the order. Buyers beware

I ordered XS. It's good with high waisted pant. The texture is smooth and it's soft. What I didn't like about it is the awkward neckline. There's a gap on both sides of the neck. Will return it.

This sweatshirt is too short.

When GAP gets a return from a customer that's damaged, why do they mail it out to another customer instead of getting rid of it? This isn't the first time this has happened to me. And I'm sure it's happened to many other customers. When you receive a package that's been returned by a previous customer, it will have a different sticker attached to the package, so be sure you check the item over really well. This sweatshirt was delivered to me today. As soon as I opened the package an overwhelming smell of perfume hit me. I'm sensitive to strong perfume smells and couldn't stop coughing. The sweatshirt also had stains on the front of it. Why would GAP try selling this damaged/returned item to another customer? I have no doubt after I return this sweatshirt, they will try mailing it out to someone else. So if you order an XL and it comes smelling like strong perfume and has stains on the front, you'll know you received the one I just returned.

I rarely give reviews, but I do live by them. This sweatshirt is so cute, and so comfortable, that I want to order more colors. Oversized without being baggy, very soft and uncomfortable.
