Not very soft on the inside. Outside is smooth and soft. I am 5'7" and found the length ok . Not upscale . Got a compliment wearing the set

Hard to write a review for an item I did not receive. Ordered 17 items, was charged for 17 items and only 3 items were shipped. Filed a claim and it was instantly denied. Tried contacting customer service and the claim company both were of no help. I took pictures of the package and what was received. No resolution. Lost $298 on the order. Buyers beware

This is so soft and lightweight, it feels like a dream to wear. Its the perfect lightweight hoodie for warmer weather. If GAP offers more color offerings this will become a staple in my wardrobe. I highly recommend it. I purchased the Chocolate bar brown and it looks just like the photos.
