Size way up

I love this sweater so much I immediately ordered a second in another color. I did size up 2 sizes, (I usually wear a medium and I ordered an extra large). The larger size hits at the hip instead of being cropped and the fit is a little loose rather than tight fitting. It is a very light, thin sweater perfect for spring/summer. I did not have an issue with washing. I laundered it in cold water, no dryer.

I really liked this cardigan. It is really thin, but that's the type of knit and makes it very comfortable to wear. I also love the covered buttons. But the first time I had to wash it-- I washed it in a garment bag, on delicate/cold ware, laid out to dry-- it shrunk horribly, especially the already semi-cropped length. I tried to reblock it, but because the knit is so fine, it's very hard to do without pulling the weave and leaving weird holes in the sweater. It's a shame because the collar is such a cure detail. If you so buy it and you're able to go a size up, do that.

I was so excited when I spotted this cute knit top; I ordered the orange in size Medium right away. I am 5'8", 130lbs. The fit in the armholes was very snug; sleeve length was fine as was the body length., for my height & weight. The color is spot on to what you see online, but the knit fabric is just paper thin as is the seaming. My feeling was that it wouldn't even last a full day of wearing let alone washing it. It looked like a cute lightweight sweater top, but in reality it is almost a "One and Done" use top.
