Front pockets are so shallow :(

The front pockets are very shallow, about 1/3 shallower than the previous version of Gap khakis. My keys, ear bud case, loose changes, etc... keep falling out when I sit down and lean back. It would be nice to have another 1.5-2" depth of the front pockets. I had to return them.

I am receiving automated emails to rate pants that I ordered nearly two weeks ago and STILL have not received. The tracking has been completely stalled at a warehouse for days, and Gap has no idea where my package actually is. To make matters worse, their customer service team was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I called for an update. Asking me to review an item that your terrible shipping system hasn't even delivered yet is an insult. I will never order from Gap Factory again. Fix your logistics and train your staff on basic customer service.
