This is a review of GapFactory NOT the pjs. Ordered these 2 weeks ago. Never received my ordered. Has said out for delivery for 8 days. Contacted customer service multiple times- they keep saying I can put in a claim the day after I speak with them but when I try to, it says I can't put in a claim because the "package is out for delivery". Incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I will contact them yet again tomorrow.
