I usually don't purchase final sale items online, but took a chance on this skirt & I'm so glad I did. For reference, I'm 5'7", 140# & usually between a 4 & 6. I went with the size 28 (6) and it fits, but is snug--would not want the waist to be any tighter. So I would say it may run a tad on the ...small side & if you're in between sizes to size up. I think it'll be a nice piece to pair with boots & sweaters for work and t's for casual wear. At my height, the slit is not an issue for work--it comes to barely above the knee. For shorter heights, it sounds like it may be too high. Love the midi length & quality.
I ordered my usual mid waist size 30 and its too big since this well made skirt sits higher. Not totally sure about the front slit, looks more like an upside down ' v' cutout. Plan on exchanging but if I have to pay for all the shipping back and forth, i will just be returning. Overall could be a l...asting wardobe staple imo.

Really like color and quality of this denim skirt unfortunately when I noticed it, it was mostly all sold out. Usually I have to go up one size with high waisted clothing however that was sold out so I did order the 27. It is a little snug on the midsection, but I really like it and will keep it. (5'4.5",130lb) also not really any stretch in this denim but the length I like on myself. Would recommend.

I purchased the Denim Midi Pencil Skirt in a size 30. The style and quality are excellent—very well made with a flattering, classic silhouette. It's high waisted and looks polished, making it easy to dress up with a blouse or dress down with a casual top. Fit-wise, it runs a little small and has very little stretch, so keep that in mind when choosing a size. For reference, washed and laid flat, it measures approximately 15" at the waist, 19.5" at the hips, and 25" in length. Overall, a beautiful, versatile skirt if you're looking for a structured denim midi with a refined look.
