Runs small and feels a little scratchy

Ordered a large which is as big as i ever go. I usually get a M but sized up after reading some reviews. Mostly tight on my chest despite the stretchy fabric. I'm not even sure an XL would be big enough! And I've never had this problem with other Gap tops. Fabric is scratchy but i wonder if it would...

Weight 150–160 lbs

I am typically a large. This would better fix as an XL or even a XXL. Advertised as linen rayaon; Yes, what I got is 64 poly 18 spandex. Fabric texture not scritchy as another commentor mentioned byt "textured" I'm 5'8". Could be a tad longer. That said, it's cute as heck! Debating about returning it, sigh.
