Super thin material, not really winter shirt

I bought four different colors, the purple iris, the standout pink, slate teal blue, iceberg green. Beautiful bright colors.I tried it on the stand out pink and it was see-through. I don't expect a winter waffle knit shirt to be so thin it's see-through. Sadly I returned all four of them.

I knew from reading other reviews that this waffle-knit shirt would be thinner than the usual waffle-knit top, and indeed it is. It's soft, stretchy (to the point of being see-through when held up to the light), and a beautiful dark chocolate color. Here are garment measurements for size XS: width across chest at underarm seams 14 1/2", length from underarm seam to hem at side of top 14", length from top back neck to hem in middle to top 22 1/2", length of sleeve from underarm seam to wrist 19", length of sleeve from shoulder seam to wrist 23 1/2". #sweepstakes
