I am a long-time Gap shopper. I purchased several baby items recently and washed them (gentle cycle with newborn detergent) in preparation of my delivery date. Multiple items had holes in the chest area when I went to put them away. I am certain that I would have seen these holes prior to washing.... I also found it odd that they were in the chest, not at a seam or plastic tag, etc. Unfortunately, Gap customer service requested that I ship the items back for their return team to "reevaluate the item for return" and told me that I could re-order the items. I offered to provide photos but was not provided with an alternate solution. Avoiding the hassle, I'm keeping the items but writing this review to caution others of the strange quality of baby items.
