I was offered Gap Cash because I'm a loyal customer and frequent buyer. I have things in my cart but the code won't work. After multiple attempts and chats, still no luck. The best answer I got was to order my cart and they'll reimburse me for the difference. Wait.What? Gap offered ME the discount. That's how this is supposed to work. I buy stuff, you give me an incentive, and I buy more stuff. So I'm done with Gap Factory until they revert to their old program. ENCORE sucks.
