First off I ordered an XL which was way too big. Called GAP & was refunded the money & I was able to buy one my size. The process was quick. What I liked the most abt this jacket is very soft to the touch. The materials used, craftsmanship was very strong. I strongly recommend this jacket for its... price, strong craftsmanship & style. It did arrived sooner than expected.
This jacket is a cute style and a neutral but unusual color, which is nice. I like the pockets and I like the sharper trim. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to return it because the shoulders are very very broad. I have a large frame. I am 5'7' and I bought an xl which fits but the shoulders go out ...at least three or four inches past my shoulder blade. It makes the jacket look enormous. It would probably decrease your returns if you tailored larger size jackets to fit the body. Plus size women don't necessarily have broader shoulders in horizontal width. This happened with blazers I bought recently too. The armholes went down almost to my waist yet the jacket was fitting in other areas.

this jacket had zipper problems from the time it got out package , very cheap it gets stuck in the material and very hard to fix it feel bad for anybody that payed full price.

The zipper does have problems it get stuck into the fabric and it can break off if you are not careful I had to used a plastic fork to zip it up and down it really is nice and and warm

It is warm and I loved the hood. It is a boxy shape and loose fitting. There were problems with the zipper repeatedly getting stuck to the point that I have given up on it.

I was so excited at the deal I got on this jacket and even more excited when it came! It looked and felt great however when I went to zip up the zipper, it got stuck like 4 times on the way up. I figured it was just a first time, maybe straight out of the bag thing but nope. I couldn't even unzip to get it off the other night. I was so hot during drinks and dinner because I could not get it off. I had to have my husband pull it over my head when we got home. Then I threw it in the donate pile. Horrible. Do not purchase.
