It's cotton, it's great weight, no dumb gaping holes. Just a solid sweater. Arms aren't obscenely long, and for once, they actually are roomy and not tight and uncomfortable. I could be a small in these, but alas, I have some bust (not large), so I ended up keeping the large, as the medium and sm...all fit and hang terribly if you have any sort of bust. Also why are these so short? This is like a petite length. I have a long torso and some bust so that makes it even shorter in the front.
I purchased the lime green and yellow striped sweater. It appears well made and the colors are great. It fits bigger than I hoped. Should have ordered a smaller size. BUT this sweater comes with a bad stink! It smells like under arm sweat, but it's not isolated to under the arm. If it were, I might ...have suspected it had been worn. Anyway wasn't going to return because I don't live close to a store and didn't want the hassle. I thought I could get the smell out. Soaked it in white vinegar and water and have tried washing it twice. Still can smell that reek. Afraid to put in the dryer until I try other odor removing options. I don't want to set it. I've never had a sweater arrive smelling like this. I've seen smell mentioned in a couple other reviews. Should have checked beforehand.

I have this sweater in two colors, the yellow and navy blue, and any time I wear either I get multiple compliments. While the sweater itself is simple, it's the perfect closed staple. The quality is really nice and the fit is great (I got one size bigger for a slightly oversized look). Would rebuy, especially if they come out with a black one!

I have soaked it in white vinegar and washed it twice in the washing machine. It still smells horrible. I am very disappointed and frustrated! I see others have had the same experience. I will be contacting Gap. Totally unacceptable.
