New Loyalty Hub and Rewards Marketplace
Q: What is the Loyalty Hub?
A: This is your digital destination for everything related to your Gap Factory membership. To access the Loyalty Hub, go to your Account and look for the Loyalty Hub section where you will find:
- My Membership: Your points history and tier status
- Member Perks: Your specific program benefits, available offers and promo codes like Birthday bonus and Choose Your Own Sale Day
- Rewards Marketplace: The brand-new Rewards Marketplace where you can redeem your points for exclusive products, sweepstakes entries, donations and more.
Q: What is the Rewards Marketplace? How does it work?
A: You now have more flexibility with your points. You can redeem your points for products and experiences from our brands and partners in the Rewards Marketplace or on savings at checkout. The Rewards Marketplace offers rewards like exclusive products, the ability to donate your points to a charitable organization, sweepstakes entries and more.
Q: How long will it take for my Rewards Marketplace item to arrive?
A: If you redeemed points in the Rewards Marketplace for a physical product, this will be shipped with the same shipping speed as the other items in your bag.
Q: I redeemed my points for something in the Rewards Marketplace, but I've changed my mind. Can I get my points back?
A: Because items in the Rewards Marketplace are limited, all redemptions are final. Redeemed items in the Rewards Marketplace cannot be returned or exchanged, and points cannot be refunded once they have been redeemed.
Q: Why is there a $0.01 processing fee on my Rewards Marketplace order?
A: At this time, we require a $0.01 processing fee on physical items redeemed in the Rewards Marketplace in order to properly fulfill the items.
Q: How do I know that I redeemed my points in the Rewards Marketplace correctly?
A: You will receive a confirmation email, and you can track point redemptions in your Loyalty Hub.
Benefits
Q: What are the membership levels?
A: Membership levels are based on your annual spend (or, if you are a Cardmember, it may also be based on points earned, whichever comes first). There are 3 levels:
- Core = <$500 annual brand spend
- Enthusiast = Cardmembers automatically start at Enthusiast level and Members reach this level with a $500-$999 annual spend at Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, Gap Factory and/or Banana Republic Factory.
- Icon = 5,000 points as a Cardmember or $1,000+ annual brand spend for members and Cardmembers. Gap Inc. World Mastercard® Cardmembers start at Icon level.
Q: I joined the Rewards Program at another brand; can I still use my benefits at Old Navy, Banana Republic and Athleta?
A: Yes, your membership level and benefits travel with you to any of our brands no matter where you enrolled.
Q: How do I get free shipping?
A: Core and Enthusiast level Cardmembers and Members will receive free Standard shipping with a purchase of $50 or more. Icon level Cardmembers and Members will receive free Express shipping with a purchase of $50 or more.

Q: How do I get free basic alterations at Banana Republic stores as an Icon member?
A: To use this benefit as an Icon member, bring your Banana Republic item to a local Banana Republic store and confirm your account information. Basic alterations include shortening hems on pants, skirts and dresses. Call your local store for additional details and a complete list of alterations included.
Points and Rewards
Q: How many points do I need to earn a reward?
A: 100 points = $1 reward.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: When you shop in-store, you'll earn points when you provide the phone number registered to your membership at checkout. For online purchases at athleta.com, bananarepublic.com, bananarepublicfactory.com, gap.com, gapfactory.com, and oldnavy.com, you'll earn points if you are logged in with your email address.
Cardmembers will earn points on in-store and online purchases made with your Gap Inc. Credit Card.
Q: How many points do I earn for each dollar spent?
A:
Q: How long does it take for points to post to my account?
A: Base points earned will be posted as pending to your account within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the merchant’s transaction processing. Bonus points earned will be posted within 1-2 billing cycles after the end of an applicable promotional period. It may take up to 14 days for any earned points to become active.
Q: Do my points expire?
A: Points will expire if you don’t make at least one qualifying purchase within 12 months after earning them. Points have no monetary value.
Q: How do I access and redeem my points?
A: In-store: You can use your phone number and email address to redeem rewards on purchases at our family of brands.
Online: There are now two ways to redeem your points online.you can redeem for exclusive items within our new Rewards Marketplace, or you can redeem for savings on purchases within check-out.
Q: Who do I contact if I need help?
A: You can contact the Call Center at 1.844.GFSONLINE (1.844.437.6654).
Q: I have authorized users on my credit card account. Will they earn points when they use their credit card?
A: Yes, purchases made by authorized users will continue to earn points and will be deposited into your rewards account.
Q: How do I know how many points I have?
A: Log in to your Gap Inc. account online or in app and visit your Loyalty Hub (in your Account) to view and track your points.
Q: How do I donate my points?
A: You can donate your points to one of our partnering charitable organizations.
To do so, navigate to the Rewards Marketplace, found in the new Loyalty Hub, and find the charity of your choice, then select the number of points you’d like to donate and click submit.
Q: If I have multiple Gap Inc. Credit Cards, will my points be combine?
A: Yes, the Rewards Program combines points from any of your Gap Inc. Credit Card accounts as long as your email address and phone number are the same for both accounts.

Q: If I have a Rewards Program account and a Gap Inc. Credit Card account, will my points be combine?
A: Yes, points will be combined in the same points bank as long as your email address and phone number are the same for both accounts.

Q: Am I able to use my Gap Inc. Credit Card across Gap Inc. brands?
A: Yes, you can use your Gap Good Rewards Credit Card, Athleta Rewards Credit Card, Navyist Rewards Credit Card, and Banana Republic Rewards Credit Card at Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, Gap Factory and Banana Republic Factory.
Q: Do I keep my Luxe for Life status in the Rewards program?
A: Yes, you keep your lifetime status in the Rewards program. This level is currently referred to as Icon.
Q: How do I activate my credit card?
A: Gap Inc. Credit Cards are issued by Barclays Bank. You can activate your card with Barclays Bank online at gap.com/activate or by calling 866-755-8097.
Q: Where can I manage and get information about my account?
A: Gap Inc. Credit Cards are serviced by Barclays Bank. To find information about your account, you can create an online Barclays account at gap.barclaysus.com.
Q: What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
A: Cardmembers may report lost or stolen Gap Inc. Credit Cards 24 hours a day, seven days a week by logging into their online account at gap.barclaysus.com. Please review your account for any purchases you did not make and report them to the customer service department by calling 866-383-5315. Barclays Bank will close your account and issue you a new account number and card for your protection.
Q: Can I purchase a gift card online with my Gap Inc. Credit Card?
A: Yes, gift cards are available for purchase online with all Gap Inc. Credit Cards.
Q: How do I pay my credit card bill?
A: You can make a payment by mail, over the phone by calling 866-383-5315, or online at gap.barclaysus.com. Unfortunately, stores cannot accept Gap Inc. Credit Card payments or provide envelopes for mailing payment.
Q: Can I pay my credit card bill in-store?
A: Unfortunately, stores cannot accept Gap Inc. Credit Card payments or provide return address envelopes. There are various ways you can make a payment: by mail, over the phone, or online at gap.barclaysus.com. When paying by phone, it's free to pay through the automated system; however, there may be a fee to pay with a live agent.
Q: Can I use rewards to pay my credit card bill?
A: Rewards cannot be used to make payments toward your account. Rewards can only be used toward purchases of merchandise made in-store or online at Old Navy, Gap, Gap Factory store, Banana Republic, Banana Republic Factory store, or Athleta in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico).
