Sorry to say I'm really disappointed in the product

The sweater is very soft and seems well made. However I generally wear a small...this sweater is a medium and the sleeves are too long yet they are too tight to wear it over clothes and it barely closes when buttoned.

I always by my clothes at GAP online without any concerns, because I know exactly what I am going to get and also know that those items will please me. The size is always accurate, the styles as well, and it will same a lot of time for not having to drive to a store, or the outlet, and sometimes get frustrated because I couldn't find the items I wanted. I don't find necessary to talk about the quality and styles of the clothes from GAP, because we all know how terrific they are! I am frequent flier, and will always be!
