I couldn't believe what showed up in the mail. I ordered the yellow and the mint green sweatshirts. One had obviously been worn and smelled and the other one was raggedy around the colar. The tags had been torn off on both of them and re-attached. I have 2 zip up hoodies and 2 pullover hoodies from The Gap and they're my favorites on constant rotation. I was stunned that these were sent to me.

This has become my favorite sweatshirt ever. It's extremely comfortable and so soft inside. Just love it.
I am a frequent GAP customer, and unfortunately my online shopping experience has been very disappointing. On several occasions, my orders have arrived incomplete, with missing items that I already paid for. I submitted the corresponding claims, but they were denied and I was told to contact my bank. However, my bank has nothing to do with the way the order is packed and shipped. The issue is not the payment — the issue is that GAP is sending packages with missing items. After talking with friends who also shop at GAP, I realized this is not only happening to me. Several of them have experienced the same problem with incomplete orders and no proper solution. I have lost a significant amount of money on products I never received. A well-known company like GAP should take responsibility, review its shipping process, and provide real solutions to its customers.

I love this sweatshirt—it's one of my favorites! The quality is excellent, it's very well made, and surprisingly warm. I'm normally an XS, and the XS fit me well, but I wanted a more relaxed, oversized look, so I exchanged it for a Small. The Small gives me a little more room without looking too wide or bulky, and I especially like the extra length through the hips and the more comfortable fit in the sleeves. If you're looking for an oversized style that's still flattering and not overly baggy, I would recommend sizing up one size. Highly recommend! 😊
