I love the look and fit however the formaldehyde SMELL was STRONG with these. I had to soak them in baking soda, amd then tried with vinegar and ran them through the wash 5 times and the smell is still there!!!
I first picked up these pants in store in a L. The pants were wearable, but I wanted them baggy. I then went online to purchase the XL, Gap sent me an XXL. I had the most chaotic chat support experience that ended in me having to front more money to purchase the correct size (based on Gap's error) and then get refunded. The price of the pants had also gone up... I received the third pair this week, and again, Gap sent me an XXL! They've mislabeled all the XXLs as XL (see photo). Usually a big fan of the brand, but this has been such a rough experience purchasing from the store.

Hard to write a review for an item I did not receive. Ordered 17 items, was charged for 17 items and only 3 items were shipped. Filed a claim and it was instantly denied. Tried contacting customer service and the claim company both were of no help. I took pictures of the package and what was received. No resolution. Lost $298 on the order. Buyers beware
These would be very cute, but they are way too long. I'm 5'2" and ordered a short length which is usually perfect, but these are more like a tall length. They fit my 5'7" daughter perfectly.

I purchased 2 pair of these jeans same sizeXL same time, the White ones true to size but the Yellow(Vanilla Sky) definitely was the incorrect sizing they fit like a Medium! Totally off! Beware of the colors but the White ones are perfect- love them ☺️

I am 5'7" and got the gray pull on jeans in regular length. They are so long! I would need to pay a tailor to hem them but it's not worth the cost since I got these on sale. Too bad, the weight is nice for spring.
