Get your normal size as they are oversized. I made the mistake of sizing up to a medium but it is pretty big and I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it and rebuying so I will just keep it. Overall very comfy and super cute! Not very thick material.
Never received my sweatshirt and everyday I call and I'm told to call back tomorrow. Customer Service is horrible. They have my money and I don't have the item. I waited long enough but they won't replace unless I buy it again and then when they are ready and the claims departments works on it, I... will get a refund for the missing one. Why should I buy another when they have my money for the one I didn't receive. Customer's are not their priority, just take their money. Proceed with caution. If the order goes as planned, no issues but if you have an issue, no help is available. Customer loses.

The sleeves go all the way down to my wrists and can even be rolled once and still feel like a good length. It's also not too cropped or baggy. It hits me right below where my high waisted leggings start and it's slightly oversized but not huge.
