This has become my favorite sweatshirt ever. It's extremely comfortable and so soft inside. Just love it.
I am a frequent GAP customer, and unfortunately my online shopping experience has been very disappointing. On several occasions, my orders have arrived incomplete, with missing items that I already paid for. I submitted the corresponding claims, but they were denied and I was told to contact my bank. However, my bank has nothing to do with the way the order is packed and shipped. The issue is not the payment — the issue is that GAP is sending packages with missing items. After talking with friends who also shop at GAP, I realized this is not only happening to me. Several of them have experienced the same problem with incomplete orders and no proper solution. I have lost a significant amount of money on products I never received. A well-known company like GAP should take responsibility, review its shipping process, and provide real solutions to its customers.

I love this sweatshirt—it's one of my favorites! The quality is excellent, it's very well made, and surprisingly warm. I'm normally an XS, and the XS fit me well, but I wanted a more relaxed, oversized look, so I exchanged it for a Small. The Small gives me a little more room without looking too wide or bulky, and I especially like the extra length through the hips and the more comfortable fit in the sleeves. If you're looking for an oversized style that's still flattering and not overly baggy, I would recommend sizing up one size. Highly recommend! 😊
