Perfect work shirt, cool and very pretty top. I'm a M Gap girl, I weigh 128 lbs but I had to buy an XS. I ordered a S but when I tried it on it was still too loose for me. I love the top so much I'm glad I went through returning it for the XS.
I typically wear a medium in tops and the size guide agreed with that. Unfortunately this tops runs a full size too big for me. I would have ordered a small but the V neck is cut much too low. I don't think going down to a small would have corrected that issue. Otherwise it is a cute top. Too bad it... didn't work out.

These tops are great. I love the split neck and flowy fit. I love how you can dress them up with slacks or a skirt, or wear for everyday with jeans or shorts. They're made of rayon so they feel amazing on your skin, and they are cool in the hot weather (or if like me, you're always hot, lol). I love these, and I hope Gap never stops selling these! One exception that is worth noting; the white one is not rayon, it's cotton. It's lovely, but very sheer.
