I love these shorts and bought them in chambray. 5'3" and 110 lbs. I usually wear a 0, but wanted something baggy this time around. I bought a 2 and am very comfortable with the fit. They actually look nice and not baggy. I could fit into a 0, but this next size up gives room just to be comfortable.... I only wish they had more colors to choose from like white, beige, cream, and neons. Maybe even some plaids. I'd love a good golf look.
I bought these shorts because I had gained weight so my shorts were a little snug. Nothing unpresentable, but not something I would rush to put on. So I ordered these a size larger than I usually wear, figuring they would be loose. So, when I put them on am found them to be a little snug, you'll und...erstand my surprise. I haven't gained that much weight since last summer, and all my other clothes fit exactly the same way. I'm not returning them, because they are cute and fit slightly better than my other pair. But keep this on mind when you are ordering. PS- I'm also a pear shape, if that helps too.

These shorts are great! I probably could have sized down one size, but having a little extra feels nice in the southern heat and humidity. Very comfortable and look nice enough to wear out to dinner with a dressy shirt and shoes.

I bought these shorts before; the fabric was soft, the button was hidden, and the pockets didn't gap open. They were too big, so I exchanged them for the same pair—even paying a higher price because the promotion had ended. I waited over two weeks for the new shorts, only to receive a pair made of cheap fabric with a visible button and pocket linings that show. I'm not going to return them; you need to come pick them up and refund my money. I didn't make a mistake this time, and I am not happy.

Have mother pair of these in light tan 8 petite. These are a size 10p and have a smaller waist and are shorter than those. Didn't realize shrinkflation also applied to clothing.

I have 6 pair of these shorts, random colors. Saw the red and was so excited:(. Please tell me why only the Red shorts are shorter than any other color? Gap please have the same Quality checks for every color! So disappointed! Had to return .
