I ordered the High Rise Wide-Leg Jeans in Dark Wash Indigo with the large cuffs and absolutely love the look of them. I am 5"2 and ordered a short/28/6. The other jeans and jean shorts in my order were all that same size and fit wonderfully. These were so tight though as they do not have any stretch...

Very flattering but really snug at waist

I really love how flattering these jeans look on me. I bought Color Dark wash indigo. I'm in between sizes (29/30). I tried size 29 and they were really snug and very uncomfortable when sitting. I ended up purchasing size 30 and unfortunately they were still pretty uncomfortable when sitting. Reall...

Very small, not true to size

I've purchased pants and jeans from Gap several times in the past, all the same size. These wide leg jeans are super snug in the waist, hips, and crotch area. Definitely not true to size. Also a bit short. They're vastly different from another pair of Gap wide leg jeans I bought the exact same week - even a thinner material, even though the composition is almost identical. It's too bad I took the tags off or I'd return 100%. I'd skip this one.

Thin, cheap fabric, inconsistent inseam sizing

This is for the medium wash without a drawstring jeans. I'm a size 10/30L and the waist was fine the fabric is garbage, super thin and probably won't last a season without tearing. They barely hit my ankle at 5' 7" and I haven't washed them, that's just out of the package to try on. Sizing is very inconsistent with the inseams with gap pants. Not worth buying.

I tried 2 in 30 regular one fit the other was way too tight. Then I tried a 31 regular and the inseam was considerably shorter than the 30. Also the dark wash of these jeans vary. Some are lighter than others!

I ordered the High Rise Wide-Leg Jeans in Dark Wash Indigo with the large cuffs and absolutely love the look of them. I am 5"2 and ordered a short/28/6. The other jeans and jean shorts in my order were all that same size and fit wonderfully. These were so tight though as they do not have any stretch. I have exchanged them for the 29/8 short in hopes that given that extra inch will help as I could button them they just definitely didnt' feel or look the way I was hoping. So I recommend sizing up on these specific ones especially if you feel like you are in between sizes or may want some more give.

Read other reviews which said these run big and short. Am between size 30/31 and ordered size 31 which was too big. These jeans also definitely don't run short. I'm 5'8 and they were a perfect length. Stick to your regular size/length in these jeans. Got the leopard print which is cute and the material is soft and stretchy.

Sizing is ridiculous.

I bought 3 pairs and the sizing was completely off. All the same size, but the waist was off by over 2 inches in one pair. Please fit your inconsistent sizing! I had to return them all.

Comments about High Rise Wide-Leg Jeans

I love the jeans themselves but the waist is definitely too small, good thing I need to loose some weight.

Not necessarily for tall women

I'm 5'9'' and was sad to had to return the pair with studs. Coveted them for a long time 😭 they were size 28 and I couldn't get them buttoned and I looked like a flood victim—too short and not much stretch. However, the brown leopard pair fits like a glove. Not a fan of inconsistent sizing.
