Love these jeans. Super soft light weight jean. I am 5'-5" and the regular were too short for my liking. They hit at my lower calf. I returned them and ordered a tall. The tall hit right at my ankle. Super flattering. I ordered a few pairs. Love them.
I purchased these jeans, loved them but run bigger. I returned both jeans and had to repurchase, no exchanges. After 3 calls, I'm still having to wait 3-5 days for a refund only after speaking to a manager. I was given incorrect information with first two representatives and third time I had to esca...late to manager. They fail to tell you, it can really take up to 3 weeks for refunds. Gap also doesn't count the weekend days. For my inconvenience the manager offered 15 % off that's a slap in the face. The jeans are great but the service was terrible. Shopper beware because you have to stay on top of your refund, I had to call three times and way pass the waiting period for refunds.

I ordered these jeans and upon opening the package one of the pocket rivets immediately fell off because it was not secured properly. I was willing to let it go, and after one day of wear the seam attaching the zipper ripped and created a hole. Luckily I have basic sewing knowledge and fixed this, but for the price I'm not sure I was expecting such an example of poor quality and "fast fashion". Jeans fit well otherwise if you're willing to deal with some immediate damage.

I wanted to love them. I love the idea of them. Loved the color. They're so gigantic, not in the barrel shape itself, but in the amount of fabric in the stomach and hips, I could fit another person in the pants with me. Fun idea, flawed execution.

I was on the fence with these jeans. But the price was excellent! So I took off the tags and wore them. They're a little short on my body giving me a wedgy. A tiny bit tight on my waist as well. But they look good on.

Probably should have just got the normal length because the petite length looks silly. For reference, I am only 5 ft 2 and the short version of these pants look like unflattering baggy capris. Fabric is kind of thin too, not what I was expecting.
