Love these jeans. Super soft light weight jean. I am 5'-5" and the regular were too short for my liking. They hit at my lower calf. I returned them and ordered a tall. The tall hit right at my ankle. Super flattering. I ordered a few pairs. Love them.

Cute jeans but the length is ridiculously short. I always order regular length, but these hit me just a little high of mid-calf. With the added volume, they just look like clown pants. Other reviews are spot on that they run big. Order a size down, and if you are 5,7" or above, order them in long.

I purchased these jeans, loved them but run bigger. I returned both jeans and had to repurchase, no exchanges. After 3 calls, I'm still having to wait 3-5 days for a refund only after speaking to a manager. I was given incorrect information with first two representatives and third time I had to escalate to manager. They fail to tell you, it can really take up to 3 weeks for refunds. Gap also doesn't count the weekend days. For my inconvenience the manager offered 15 % off that's a slap in the face. The jeans are great but the service was terrible. Shopper beware because you have to stay on top of your refund, I had to call three times and way pass the waiting period for refunds.
