These are the perfect length (I'm 5'1 with long legs, and regular length was exactly right), and just the right thickness of pants for the fall and warmer winter days…unfortunately the waist is ridiculously huge, at least in the green, but everything else is comfortable - not too, too loose; definit...ely not at all tight. I don't know whether to go down 1 or 2 sizes.
The fit of these pants are very baggie. I tried my size which is 0-petite and the crotch is too long. I went a size smaller and was too tight in the waist. I read some reviews saying that they stretch but did not find that at all. There was no happy medium for me. I love the way they look online too... bad it didn't look like that at all on myself.

I ordered a regular size 4 but really needed the petite size. Pants are good quality and can be dressed up or down. For reference I am 5'2, 120lbs and carry weight in my abdomen.
