Ordered medium, 5'6", 140, 34b. Henley tops are usually always form fitting in my experience so I'd say these run true to size to slightly small. The length is normal, hip level. I was hoping for a looser, "easy fit", the fabric is a soft, delicate, stretchy cotton feel, very comfortable against th...e skin, but unfortunately too thin making the off white color too sheer and more form fitting than I like. The taupe/brown is very pretty, not sheer, just wish it ran a little bigger.
My entire order has been a complete fiasco. The fact that Gap Factory is somehow separate from the Gap app but orders show up there is maddening. Ontrac screwed up my shipment and held my package hostage. Tried to return this item and the option to scan code goes away after initial processing. The c...a agent was supposed to email a QR code but only sent the label. Had to call in again and request QR code. This time got it but my nerves were shot. Gap Inc needs to do better in every sense of the word! This item is too short in length and creeps up. It's not a crop but it acts like it sort of so looks and feels horrible. Fabric is ok but the shirt for me is a total fail. Returned!

My order is a total fiasco from start to finish. The delivery by OnTrac was a mess, the return process was a mess, cs was a mess! The fact that Gap Factory is a separate entity but also kinda not and partially integrated into app is maddening. This item is a huge disappointment. Fabric ok but too short in length and creeps up and looks stupid. Also, the top button area is unaligned so doesn't look good around neck. Returned!

Fabric is ok but length is on the short side. I'm long torsoed and have never had issues with regular long sleeve t's. Feels awkward and annoying always creeping up. Also the alignment is off with top buttons so it's not a clean line—looks bad. Very disappointed! Returned.
