The dress is cute and flows nicely, but if you have a proportionately large chest for your body, order a size up.
The chest measurements for the small are supposed to be 34.25- 35.25. Im a 33b and I could barely get it over my chest. If you are not flat chested, the small will not fit. Its a shame because the dress fits perfectly otherwise.

This dress feels very comfortable on, but has a weird unilateral seam on the left front that travels down to the split in the lower part. I haven't worn it out yet so I'm not sure if it will be bothersome.
