Visited Gap Factory store and bought a pair of these khakis in a size 12. The fit is a tad snug, but I know twill sometimes stretches out when you sit. I was unable to find a 12 in the other colors, so I ordered online. I got a pair in black, same size as what I bought in store, and can barely pull ...it over my hips. Hopefully the gray pair I ordered fits like the one I purchased in store. GAP was well known for the great selection and quality of khakis in the 80s and 90s. What a shame that our options are now limited to this one style.
I was looking for a pair of khakis that I could wear to work or on the weekends. These seemed like they would be perfect - and they would if they fit. First they run very small compared to other gap pants. A 16 is usually quite loose on me, and these were uncomfortably tight. I sized up to an 18, an...d they were EXACTLY the same size as the 16s. I held the waistbands together and there was NO difference between the two sizes. They also shrank in the dryer and came out quite wrinkled. Please fix these, gap. They are a wardrobe staple for me.

loved the cut and feel of these, great quality, but the sizing is off - I usually wear a 6 comfortably, and the 8 were pretty snug. They should note to size up as the waist is very tight.
