I was a fan of this brand because they carry more things in my size and that I could place an order confident that the item would fit. I feel that has changed and now I can't seem to find a size that fits me. Consistency in sizing is very important to me, as I often need to order on line to get petite and extra small sizes. Also, I am noticing what seems to be a lack of quality in the fabrics. Unfortunately the prices don't reflect that.

I wanted these shorts bad since the spring/ summer/ season is here and the light tan Bermuda shorts is must have for that. But... Package never showed up, marked as delivered around DE. I was very upset , especially knowing how hard it is now to get through the AI assistant to alive person. I got lucky! Customer service did the job very professionally. The hassle about calling ups/ usps was resolved by GAP factory representative. Even though I have not gotten my refund yet I would like to give my feedback to the representative I spoke to. He was very friendly and ( most important) very professional throughout the whole conversation ( that happened today around 3 pm est.) I supposed to give my feedback after conversation was ended but the line was simply disconnected. Sorry I can say nothing about shorts (
